Term explanation

This section will explain some of the terms used in this document and on Botcake, you can read and look up here.

Chatbot: A tool that automatically answers, sends messages on behalf of a human, works like a "Robot".

Flow: Content is sent by botcake in a specific sequence of first and last. Each such block of content is considered as 1 stream.

Opt-in messages: Messages sent to users who have subscribed to your page.

Subscribe: Facebook account accepts messages sent from botcake.

Unsubscribe from Bot: Don't receive messages from botcake anymore. Custom field: Customer information is customized, not available on the system (eg purchase date, date of birth, etc.)
