Icebreaker

Icebreaker makes it easier for your Fanpage to start a conversation with customers by asking frequently asked questions or suggesting some topics they are interested in.

The list of questions when customers click on the article will automatically appear in Messenger instead of the start button. To install "Icebreaker", go to "Automation" -> "Icebreaker":

The method works as follows: When customers click on a picture or article on your Fanpage, Messenger will automatically send the questions you have pre-installed on Botcake. By clicking on those questions, the bot will automatically answer the form you have prepared.

To install the questionnaire. Click "Enter asked question" or "Add new asked question":

The configure panel will appear. You can fill out the question form, then select the answer message for that question.
