I. General:

1. Greeting is the best way to get a brief summary of your Facebook Page, limited to 160 characters and can insert icon and customer attribute.

Note: You can add customer attribute such as Full name, but if the total characters, including the parameters you add exceeds 160 characters, it will be truncated.

To configure Greeting, go to Settings -> General. Type your content in the text field in the Greeting section. Then click the Save button right below:

Greeting with good content can help you increase conversion rates, do not skip the step of reconfiguring Greeting when connecting and Facebook Page!

2. The status of the Pancake conversation when Bot replies:

You can choose how to synchronize the status of conversations and comments to Pancake if Botcake has automatically inbox or replied to the comment.

3. Messenger platform:

Third-party domains are accessible in the Messenger web view for use with the Messenger SDK and for Messenger plugins.

4. Webform:

Webform is a form that collects user information in Messenger, its benefit is to help customers register information quickly, and can confirm the phone number via sms to avoid spamming orders.

This function can also help you create orders with Pancake, POS very convenient if you have to use them.

In this section, we can add or remove some necessary fields such as Notes, Country, DOB, etc

To add a product from the POS to the button when sending a message: Select the add button -> "Open webform on messenger" Select the warehouse, then find products by display ID, name, barcode, ..... Click "OK" to save.

5. Some other customizations:

  • Currency: Customize the currency in the product management section or webform.

  • Turn on/off Get Started: Allows custom Start button for first time customer chat with the page.

  • Copy bot: Copy bot from this page to another page, only those with admin rights can use this function.

  • Turn off Botcake: Cancel integrating Botcake with your Page.

II. Notification:

Automatically notify the admin when the token on the bot expires and cannot be automatically sent

Admins only receive notifications from "notify admin" action when they have ever clicked the "Preview" button so that Botcake can recognize PSID.
