"Botcake Reply Failed" on Pancake Display

It is an update from Botcake team, with an aim to show all inbox messages that are not replied to by Botcake (due to Facebook error, disconnection in Botcake, or error 551 in customer's account,...)

This sentence will be an alert for shop owners to pay attention and support their customers manually, so shops will not miss any customers and get more sales.
